“Babi Guling” is Bali style. “Babi Putar” is Manado Style. To order, we need to prepare it 2 days before – the whole pig has to be slowly smoked and roasted.
Then also the big rice dish. Pokenbir Big Rice set is for 4-5 person – for sharing. We have it for “Manado Rice” , “Bali Rice” , “Sei Rice” , or the Indonesian rice which is a mixed.
